
We invite you to join our Mindfulness and Meditation Circle every Wednesday evening from 7:00 – 8:15 pm at the Red Road Compass. This Circle is open to women and gender-diverse folks and is free of charge.
No experience necessary. Please bring items of comfort such as a yoga mat (if you prefer to lay on the ground), blanket, water, etc. Seating will be available to anyone who would like to enjoy the guided meditation in a seated position.
During this circle we will explore practices that help you regulate your nervous system and bring a sense of peace and calmness to your inner and outer worlds.
