Join us in Circle as we celebrate the New Moon / Solar Eclipse in Virgo and the changing season of Fall Equinox. During this healing circle we will share in a heart-opening cacao ceremony, connecting more deeply with ourselves, each other, and the natural rhythm of Mother Earth.
What is cacao?
Cacao is a pure, raw and minimally processed form of chocolate. In this natural state, cacao is a gentle but powerful heart opener. It helps ground us into the present moment, teaching us to slow down, drop into presence, and live from the heart. When served in a ceremonial intention, it is a sacred medicine for the heart.
When we share space in a Cacao Ceremony, it helps us build a sense of connection through community. Cacao is grounding which helps us be more present within the moment, bringing forth an inner balance.
Cacao also has nutritional benefits, it is high in magnesium, iron, antioxidants, and natural compounds that uplift mood and enhance circulation.
